Jan 8-9, a strategic workshop on revisiting Managing KPI-Based Performance and Appraisal was conducted involving all SJEG Group related entities’ members. The workshop other than allowing a visit into especially modern approaches to KPI-based performance management, also provide opportunity for SJEG Group and entities to discuss and strategise business related functions and coordination in ready for materialising all new plans for  year 2025!
